Eastern Credit Union boasts of being the only Credit Union in Trinidad and Tobago with a Call Centre. This facility allows members to access a Technology-Driven Delivery channel that has the mission of minimizing the effects of time in responding to service requests by effectively making a number of services available to Members quickly, easily and conveniently. The Call Centre also increases your self-service options.
