Fee Structure
The fees attached to loan facilities are as follows:
Loan Processing Fees
Charged on all loans.

| $ 2,500.01 - $5,000.00 | $150.00 |
| $ 5,000.01 - $10,000.00 | $250.00 |
| $10,000.01 - $25,000.00 | $300.00 |
| $25,000.01 & over | 1.5% of loan value |
Loan Protection Insurance
Charged on all loan facilities, maximum coverage - $300,000.00 (except when life insurance is assigned).
Fees
Charged on Business, Bridging and Mortgage facilities (0.50% of new request).
Legal Fees
Charged on loans for used vehicle, land and property purchase.
