Residential Mortgages will be provided for purchase or construction of a home.

The interest rate for these loans is 0.75% per month on the reducing balance.

Commercial Mortgages

Commercial Mortgages will be provided for the purchase or construction of property for commercial use.

The interest rate for these loans will be 0.90% per month on the reducing balance.

Bridge Financing

Bridging Finance loans will also be provided to facilitate the construction of residential and commercial property.

The interest rate is 1.25% per month on the reducing balance.

Enjoy a preferential interest rate of 0.56% per month on the reducing balance until June 30th, 2013 for the purchase of land, property and house construction
